Visual Harvesting

We listen to group dialogue and presentations and visually surface ideas, themes, patterns–capturing both the spoken word and unspoken emotions and impulses that are present in a space. Visual harvesting offers ways for the group to see and understand itself, tracking learning and insights in an accessible and creative format. Let us know if we can help!

Documentation & Sensemaking

We adopt a "process is product" approach, capturing various change initiatives in a visually creative and accessible virtual space. These spaces house structured and emergent information and meaning-making within and across sessions and initiatives, allowing people to orient to—and engage with—the whole and the parts in one space. Our practice is rooted in the work of Matt and Gail Taylor, and incorporates tools and practices that support individual and group learning, relationship-building, and collaborative decision-making. We specialize in the effective combination of process design, visuals, and creative environments.

Poetry exists at the heart of things. W.H. Auden defined it as “the clear expression of mixed feelings.” We offer two opportunities to understand, sense, and feel collaboration around complexity through the poetic lens, through Short Order Poetry and Poet-as-Recorder services.
